Corgan is actively recruiting an organized Resources Coordinator to join the firm in our Dallas office to manage, organize, and maintain our resource library in a manner that allows for ease of use by the Dallas office technical staff. Our ideal team member is passionate about their work and progressively seeking more opportunities and responsibilities to expand their expertise.

 

Responsibilities

  • Interact with outside vendors on behalf of Corgan
  • Communicate clearly with outside vendors to ensure project requirements and firm presentation requirements are correctly understood and met within practical guidelines
  • Coordinate product introduction and learning opportunities with outside vendors
  • Develop and maintain the on-line resource library for use by entire firm that aligns with Corgan sustainability guidelines
  • Carefully curate materials to be housed in physical library and featured as part of the on-line resource library that align with Corgan sustainability guidelines
  • Assist with project work as requested
  • Assist with material selection, sample orders, and obtaining pricing information as well as returning samples upon completion of need 
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency with all aspects of internal client interaction as well as project-based tasks
  • Demonstrate understanding of how to anticipate and manage internal client expectations
  • Manage intern staff, leveraging strengths and providing stretch opportunities
  • Promote awareness of new products and services relevant to design project need
  • Assist with sample requests and presentation preparation – finish boards, finish binders, material availability
  • Develop and maintain relationships will all studios throughout firm to become firm-wide resource

 

Qualifications

  • Qualified candidates should exhibit strong organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a flexible attitude
  • Must have ability to multi-task numerous duties and prioritize accordingly
  • Bachelors or Associates degree preferred along with 5+ years’ professional experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient MS Office skills required
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team environment
  • Confident presentation ability
