Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Architectural Program Manager to join the firm as part of our Data Centers team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and organize multiple project pursuits for large client accounts, establish familiarity with client preferences for formatting and submission 
  • Establish and manage Critical Path project schedules 
  • Oversee the completion of projects on time and within fee budget, manage and track earned value during the course of multiple projects
  • Establish and manage project governance and controls, including Owner’s Project Requirements, Basis of Design Documents, Scope Completion Checklists, Contract Compliance Checklists 
  • Review Agreements for professional obligations of the project team, including invoicing, deliverables, etc.  
  • Anticipate, understand and manage client expectations 
  • Identify and forecast project financial status, prepare plans for corrective action if required. 
  • Oversee development and presentation of appropriate technical solutions to project stakeholders 
  • Drive the coordination of internal staff, external consultants and other stakeholders to achieve a cohesive and collaborative project team
  • Attend and conduct presentations 
  • Oversee development and communication of appropriate project phasing 
  • Understand and manage projects for the client’s/contractor’s chosen project delivery methods 
  • Understand and apply appropriate industry standards and construction practices 
  • Oversees, and is responsible for, the identification, understanding and documentation of regulatory agencies’ requirements 
  • Attend and lead project meetings and conduct presentations 
  • Manage client relations 

Qualifications

  • Degree from an NAAB accredited program or equivalent preferred 
  • 10+ years of experience in Architecture, Engineering or Construction 
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
  • Has a strong command of Earned Value Management 
  • Experience managing a variety of consultants and contractors 
  • Effective organizational and communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Flexible attitude 
  • Proficiency or experience with managing overall project fees and schedules 
  • Must have high attention to detail and strong analytical skills 
  • The ability to creatively solve schedule and budget challenges through alternative solutions 
  • Candidates should be efficient with coordinating project deliverables and client expectations 
  • Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team environment 
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and leading projects teams 
  • Confident presentation ability 
  • Potential travel opportunities
