Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Construction Administration Specialist to join the firm as part of our Data Centers team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Construction Administration documentation between the Project Architect / Project Manager, General Contractor, and the Consultants
  • Work closely with Project Architect and/or Project Manager
  • Prompt Consultants and Project Team for responses, as needed
  • Receive & process RFIs, Submittals, and other CA documents from Contractor via Newforma
  • Send & receive documents to/from Consultants through Newforma
  • Close out RFIs and Submittals in Newforma, when prompted
  • Maintain related project file folders
  • Maintain contact list within Newforma
  • Maintain current composite sets of drawings and manage document control 
  • Compile documents within Bluebeam Revu
  • Assemble and file Punch List reports
  • Track status of document responses
  • Track Change Orders and other related documents
  • Familiarize with Division 1 specifications
  • Attend reoccurring Project CA meetings

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree (Bachelor equivalent)
  • Experience working within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction fields preferred
  • Experience with Newforma preferred
  • Must have ability to multi-task and manage multiple Projects through to completion
