Job Description: Assist with architectural programming and develop multiple creative solutions
to meet the program within project parameters for Corgan Associates, Inc. Duties include:
Prepare accurate and concise project documentation; correctly apply “means of egress” code
requirements and relevant accessibility standards to projects; coordinate standards for
deliverables, consultant drawings, structure specifications, and equipment; help design
structures that incorporate environmentally friendly building practices or concepts; assist project
leaders with contract administration tasks; participate in consultant and construction meetings;
and conduct presentations and proposals to maintain a network of professional contacts.

Rate of Pay: $127,285 - $139,888 per year

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Architecture or a related field,
active State Architecture License and 5 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate
experience as an Architect or in a related occupation.

Special Requirements: Position requires experience in the following skills or tools: Autodesk
AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Rhinoceros, Enscape, or Vray; Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator,
or Adobe Photoshop; and Bluebeam.
