Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Senior Business Analyst – Enterprise Systems to join the firm as part of our Information Technology team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Responsibilities

This role is responsible for leading business analysis activities and hands-on project implementations for enterprise systems, with particular focus on HRIS systems (UKG, Workday), ATS platforms (iCIMS), and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) Financial Management Systems (Deltek Vantagepoint). Key responsibilities include: 

 

Project Leadership & Implementation: 

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis for major platform configuration changes and system implementations across HRIS, ATS, CRM and FMS platforms 
  • Manage complex, multi-phase enterprise system rollouts, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional shared services business partners, including HR, Accounting, Marketing, and Legal to ensure seamless system integration 
  • Drive requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design for enterprise business applications 

Business Analysis & Requirements Management: 

  • Conduct comprehensive business requirements analysis for system enhancements, configurations, and integrations 
  • Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications and technical requirements 
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements validation sessions 
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements documents, process flows, and user stories 
  • Perform gap analysis between current state processes and desired future state functionality 

 

System Configuration & Optimization: 

  • Lead configuration activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) modules 
  • Design and implement HRIS workflows and processes in UKG, Workday, or similar platforms 
  • Configure ATS systems (iCIMS) to support talent acquisition and recruitment processes 
  • Optimize FMS platforms (Deltek Vantagepoint) for financial reporting, compliance requirements, and operations 

 

Testing & Quality Assurance: 

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities 
  • Lead system testing, integration testing, and regression testing for platform updates 
  • Manage defect resolution and implement issue remediation 
  • Ensure data integrity and system performance meet business requirements 

 

Stakeholder Management & Training: 

  • Serve as primary business liaison for assigned enterprise systems 
  • Provide training and support to end users on system functionality and best practices 
  • Develop user documentation, training materials, and process guides 
  • Facilitate change management activities to ensure successful system adoption 

 

Continuous Improvement: 

  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process optimization 
  • Stay current with platform updates, new features, and industry best practices 
  • Recommend system enhancements and process improvements to increase efficiency 
  • Lead post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions 

Qualifications

  • This role is an in-office position
  • Qualified candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, as well as effective written and verbal communication abilities 
  • Experience working with both internal and external clients and demonstrate advanced leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience with HRIS systems (UKG or similar systems), ATS systems (iCIMS or similar platforms), OR Financial Management Systems (Deltek Vantagepoint) OR CRM Systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms) 
  • Qualified candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, as well as effective written and verbal communication abilities. The candidate must have experience working with both internal and external clients and demonstrate advanced leadership skills. The candidate should also have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
  • 3+ years of experience with HRIS systems (UKG or similar systems), ATS systems (iCIMS or similar platforms), OR Financial Management Systems (Deltek Vantagepoint) OR CRM Systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms) 
  • Proven track record of leading significant platform configuration changes and system implementations  
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies and SDLC processes 
  • Expert-level knowledge of business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis  
  • Strong understanding of system integration concepts and data management principles  
  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation, user stories, and functional specifications  
  • Experience with testing methodologies including UAT, system testing, and regression testing  
  • Knowledge of workflow automation and business process optimization 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail  
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously  
  • Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management  
  • Change management experience and ability to drive user adoption 
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices 
  • Experience with cloud-based enterprise applications and integrations
