Job Description: Assist with architectural programming and develop multiple creative solutions to meet
the program within project parameters for Corgan Associates, Inc. Duties include: Prepare and
coordinate all project deliverables; provide accurate and concise project documentation; coordinate
standards for deliverables, consultant drawings, structure specifications, and equipment; help design
structures that incorporate environmentally friendly building practices or concepts; manage contract
administration responsibilities; participate in consultant and construction meetings; and conduct
presentations and proposals to maintain a network of professional contacts.

Rate of Pay: $127,880 - $141,064

Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Architecture or a related field, active
state architecture license and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as an Architect or in
a related occupation.

Special Requirements: Position requires experience in the following skills or tools: Building design and
space planning, visualization and rendering, master planning, drafting and documentation, building code
application, and sustainable design; Project planning and scheduling, stakeholder communication,
infrastructure planning, and contract administration; and Building information modelling (BIM), drafting
software, and 3D-visualization software.
