Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Leadership Development Specialist to join the firm as part of our Learning and Development team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member will bring expertise in leadership program creation, leadership theory, and adult learning, along with a passion for helping others grow and thrive. 

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and launch several leadership development programs targeted at certain officer levels within the firm 
  • Manage and continuously improve ongoing leadership development programs, curriculum, materials, and communications 
  • In collaboration with the Global L&D Director, design, develop, evaluate, pilot, and deliver new development workshops and programs 
  • Actively manage and partner with talent and skills assessment partners that will enable continued talent development and future talent focused skill gaps and opportunities 
  • Serve as front-line liaison and relationship manager for external industry learning partners and opportunities 
  • Partner with the firm leaders and internal subject matter experts to develop and deliver content in a hybrid environment 
  • Contribute to performance management and coaching efforts to improve leadership skills and performance across the firm 
  • Facilitate, support, or produce in-person and online classes 
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods; communicate insights and success stories; continuously improve based on survey data, feedback, and outcomes 
  • Utilize the Learning Management System and other available tools to scale programs 

Qualifications

  • This role is an in-office position
  • Bachelor's Degree Required or equivalent workplace experience 
  • Minimum 8 years of corporate Leadership, Learning, and/or Talent Development experience 
  • Minimum of 4 years leadership program management experience  
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States 
  • Ability to travel, which will be based on the needs of the firm or program 
  • Demonstrated, end-to-end program management experience: conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and continuous improvement 
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables: 
    • In Excel, aggregate and analyze program data to identify insights and trends. 
    • In PowerPoint, tell a logically structured, succinct, and compelling story tailored to your audience; identify clear and actionable asks. 
    • In Word, create clear, concise, professional communications and resources. 
    • In Teams, effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiency. 

 

Preferred Experiences: 

 

  • CliftonStrengths experience or working within a Strengths-Based organization is a plus. 
  • Predictive Index experience or working within an organization that actively leveraged PI.
