Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Director of Office Services to lead our global workplace operations and administrative teams. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping Corgan’s office experience,
ensuring operational excellence, and supporting the continued growth and evolution of our firm worldwide. You’ll oversee a team of highly motivated Facilities and Office Services professionals, as well as Administrative Assistants across all regions, working collaboratively to deliver environments where creativity, collaboration, and performance thrive.

Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

  • Lead the global Office Services function, providing direction and support to the Facilities Manager, Administrative Assistants, and other office operations personnel
  • Partner with firm leadership to align facilities, administrative operations, and workplace experience strategies with Corgan’s culture, brand, and business goals
  • Support global expansion, relocations, and renovations, collaborating closely with Project Managers, Real Estate, and Design teams to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of operations
  • Ensure facility requirements are being appropriately met in lease terms. Interface or coordination with external broker and or lease advisor
  • Foster an environment of efficiency, hospitality, and innovation across all Corgan offices
  • Eligible for an officer title up to a Vice President, will depend on experience

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all Office Services operations globally, including facilities, administrative support, records management, office standards, and vendor relationships
  • Manage and mentor the Facilities Manager and a global network of Administrative Assistants, ensuring consistent performance, professional development, and cross-office alignment
  • Partner with HR, IT, and Finance to maintain seamless employee onboarding, workspace readiness, and office integration processes
  • Collaborate with Office Development Team on office expansions, moves, and buildouts to support firm growth and optimize space utilization
  • Contribute to lease strategy and procurement efforts through operational insights, site assessments, and partnership with real estate and legal teams
  • Champion the use of data and technology to enhance space planning, service delivery, and operational visibility across offices
  • Ensure global office standards for workspace design, hospitality, and employee experience are maintained and evolve with Corgan’s culture
  • Oversee vendor and supplier relationships, including contracts for housekeeping, catering, maintenance, and workplace technology
  • Develop and manage budgets for facilities and administrative services, ensuring cost effectiveness and operational sustainability
  • Promote customer-centric, high-performance and inclusive culture, ensuring all Office Services team members reflect Corgan’s values and commitment to excellence
  • Partner with senior leadership on business continuity planning, sustainability initiatives, and long-term space strategy

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., IFMA CFM/FMP, BOMA, PMP) preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in facilities, office services, or corporate operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-site or global teams
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse teams, including facilities, administrative, and operational professionals across regions
  • Strong understanding of lease management, office relocations, and real estate planning (participation-level experience; not executional)
  • Demonstrated success in workplace transformation, change management, and cross functional collaboration with HR, IT, and Finance
  • Experience developing and managing budgets, vendor contracts, and service-level agreements
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a track record of fostering collaboration across disciplines and geographies
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to balance strategic leadership with operational excellence
  • 10-20% Travel Required
  • Ability to be onsite 5 days per week in Dallas, TX
