Corgan is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the analysis, configuration, and ongoing optimization of our enterprise platform estate, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the primary system of expertise. This role sits within the Business Technology team.
This is a senior individual contributor role built for someone who works with a high degree of autonomy. You will own platform initiatives end-to-end, from requirements through adoption, and drive that work largely on your own. The role also carries a clear data discipline: keeping our platform data clean, deduplicated, and well governed is part of the job, not an afterthought.

This role is responsible for leading business analysis activities and hands-on delivery for enterprise systems, anchored by deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise and extending across the supported platform portfolio (HRIS, ATS, CRM, and FMS). Key responsibilities include:

Qualified candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion on their own, and effective written and verbal communication. The candidate must have experience working with both internal and external partners. The candidate should also have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
