This person owns the health, delivery, and roadmap of Corgan's enterprise platform estate. Your own depth is in HRIS, particularly UKG, and the portfolio you lead also spans Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), ATS, and Financial Management systems. The role reports to the Director of Business Technology.
This is a people-leadership role first. You will galvanize a team of analysts and platform specialists and activate the broader set of resources each effort needs, including contributors and vendor partners who do not report to you. You will set the operating standards the team works to and stay close enough to the work to guide the hardest calls.

This role is responsible for leading the Platform Services & Operations team and owning the delivery and operational health of the enterprise platform portfolio, with personal depth anchored in HRIS and UKG. Key responsibilities include:

Qualified candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, the ability to galvanize a team and motivate others toward shared outcomes, and strong problem-solving skills and effective written and verbal communication. The candidate must have experience working with both internal and external partners. The candidate should also have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
