This position will provide guidance to the firm’s designers throughout the preliminary design, design development, construction documentation, construction administration and project closeout phases for a wide range of project types including aviation, corporate, data centers, education, healthcare, multi-family and interior design studios.
Core Responsibilities

This role primarily provides project support to the Specifiers by compiling, publishing, and packaging Project Manual deliverables using VisiSpecs software running in a Microsoft Word environment, which includes but is not limited to:
- Receiving CorganASK ticket along with Specifier
- Setting up Projects in VisiSpecs.
- Tracking deadlines and communicating with project team regarding specification deliverables.
